NOTE: This site is only used to share my professional work with prospective employers and colleagues. What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
I do not have options for allowing visitors to leave comments on this site. The site is just a portfolio site designed to provide examples of my professional work to prospective employers and professional colleagues. Because this is only a personal portfolio site, it is unlikely this site will ever offer the ability for users to make comments.
If comments are added at a later date, this policy would be updated and following would apply:
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
I do not have options for allowing visitors to upload images to the website. This site is just a portfolio site designed to provide examples of my professional work to prospective employers and professional colleagues. Because this is only a personal portfolio site, it is unlikely this site will ever offer the ability for users to make comments.
If in the future, this capability is added this policy would be updated and following would apply:
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
I do not have contact forms on the site. This site is just a portfolio site designed to provide examples of my professional work to prospective employers and professional colleagues.
If someone needs to contact me, they can email me at the address above.

NOTICE:
I do not allow comments or user accounts, so the following information about data retention for comments and user data is not relevant to this site. If this policy ever changes, I will update that information here, and the following policy would apply.
How long we retain your data
I do not allow comments or registered users on this site, so the following information would only be in effect if this policy changes.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
PLEASE NOTE: At present, this site does not allow accounts on this site or allow comments. It is highly unlikely that this policy will ever change as the sole purpose of this site is to share examples of my professional work with employers and professional colleagues. If in the future that capability is added the following would apply and will be updated in this space.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data

It is highly unlikely comments will ever be allowed on this site as it is a portfolio site used only to share my professional work with employers and colleagues.
