Delaware State University Foundation Social Media
At Delaware State University, I set up social communities for the Delaware State University Foundation, INC. and developed social posts and campaigns to promote DSU events, to engage with DSU audiences for development purposes, and to encourage giving to the University. Below are some of the posts and campaigns that I contributed to the Foundation and main DSU marketing social communities.
HBCU Philanthropy Symposium
An important component to social media for the HBCU Philanthropy Symposium was to use it to honor and thank the organizations whose financial support made the symposium possible.
Facebook “Near Completers Advertising Campaign”
“Near Completers” Campaign. This paid advertising campaign on Facebook was targeted specifically to our mailing list of students who left the University when they were nearly finished their degree. The ads were used to seek participation in a survey from these former students in order to develop a program to help these students return to finish their degrees
